I accidentally uninstalled Win Pcap .. Is it necessary to be installed ?? what's its use ?? also when i tried to reinstall it, error appears : unable to write some file " .. help ..

Win Pcap is the Windows Packet Capture service. It's usually installed along with network monitoring tools and diagnostic software like Wireshark. It is not a standard part of Windows and is not critical for the OS to function, but some third party software will not run without it.

Its not necessory.Reason:its just filter the content from internet so it slow down the internet.
