TECH: Jurassic Park T-Rex issue

I'm working on a Data East 1993 Jurassic Park, and I've noticed that
when the T-Rex eats the pinball (successfully), he still bends down to
eat it again.

Do you think this is a switch problem in the under playfield tunnel?
When I check the switches during diagnostics mode, the switches in the
tunnel test OK. If it is a switch problem, is it most likely the one
nearest the T-Rex? Possibly the pinball isn't rolling over the switch
reliably?

Please let me know if you have any ideas.

Thanks.

Sounds like you have it figured out. Just because the switch works when YOU
actuate it, doesn't mean that the ball will, next time you check it, use a
ball. Do you have any issues with the VUK, kicking out after it ate the
ball?

Send me an e mail, I check that more than the group, if you have any other
issues, I know this machine all too well :(
