TECH: touch-up cabinet

Take a look at this:

The paint has flaked off from the sides of my cabinet and back-box. This
looks easy to touch-up. How would you go about it? Which paint should I use?

If I go through this would be my first attempt to touch up artwork on a
pinball machine. So any tips are appreciated.
