Usb bsod

Im getting a bugcode_USB_driver bsod every time I boot into win 7 64bit on my gaming pc.
I did have an external drive in which i thought may be causing the problem so I removed it, to no avail.
my specs are:
amd phenomII x6 1075T cpu
gigabyte 870A UD3 mobo
EAH 5850 gpu
Crucial m4 64gb ssd
2x WD caviar black 750gb in raid 0
haf 912+ case
dvd rw drive
what should i do!!!

I have waited for a while, anyway, anyone know how I shold fix this, maybe by redoing the usb drivers in safe mode.

UPDATE: I removed all usb stuff, before boot, it booted a bit slower than usual and then I replugged my mouse and wifi , causing no bsods but did not connect hdd.
Closing thread as problem seems to have now gone away after several days
