HOW TO CHECK 90NM 3500+

OK, i just bought a new cpu, amd 3500+ s939. Does anybody know how to check if it is 130nm or 90 nm. thanx. By the way it's the retail version

CPU-Z will tell you. If it says winchester, it's 90 nano.
