Help...many problems...can\'t even run system restore

Hi,
Started laptop (Lenovo) opened fine, but no connectivity to internet.
Desk top PC close by, has internet.
Tried to RestoreLaptop did not, shut down after 30 minutes. Tried System Repair, did nothing for 45 minutes. Shut down, restarted, did not open.
Any suggestions to correct problem are greatly appreciated.

there is usually a butten combination on the laptop to turn wifi on/off

check the manual to make sure its on.


if you have then check your router to get the password and reconnect to the network.


if after making sure wifi is turned on and its still not conencting plug an ethernet cable from router/modem to your laptop and see if it connects
