Firstly, do you have a dvd drive? next, how are you trying to install? a new instalation or an upgrade from a previous operating system. We need some more information as Windows 7 does not require a driver to install, but does need a dvd drive.
May be a problem with how the DVD drive is detected in bios, ie ide mode unter sata. I've installed win 7 on 3 desktops and two laptop and in none of the installations has win 7 installation prompted for a driver. Also check in bios how the HDD is detected, most use AHCI mode unless doing a raid configuration.
