Hi there, I wish toinstall awindow 7 to my optiplex 745 but the upgrading software detect a problem of incompatibility with my videio card y i have a optiplex mini tower and want to found a video card to use window 7 64 bits for use Photoshop with ..... thankc in advance for any help...
