When you said "its hard to tell one game from the next...well no DUH!.. it's
the same kinda game. It's a Countdown (Different serial number)

Wrong. You plagiarized the following text verbatim from Max's auction:

Besides the rules violation, what you did is just plain wrong, as Alex
Haley or George Harrison could attest if they were still alive.

Well finally, I stand corrected! I was wrong I did NOT know this. Thought it
was the pics and NOT the text.
My apologies to Max and to whomever is affected. Sorry, I can' keep all the
rules (of Ebay) in my head and sometimes ones stumbles across one that one
forgot or didn't know.

Keep the item listed, do what you can with it... next time I get to
Texas, I'll try to hook up w/you. Who knows, I'm looking for a new
job, maybe it will bring me to Texas again.
