How to setup Gestetner to print Duplex WinXP

We are trying to print from a laptop to a Gestetner DSm730. The duplex option on the print screen on the laptop is dim. Laptop is running XP sp 3. What do we need to do to enable duplex printing from the laptop. (We are able to print to duplex on all of the other computers in the office.)
