Im in the market for a cheap laptop and dont want to buy 2nd hand. I have found quite a few laptops for under £600 ($900 ish), but cant find any reviews.

One im particularly interested in, is the Toshiba Satellite Pro A10. Has anyone used this or any of the following:
* HP NX9005
* Samsung V25
* Acer 1310

Perhaps this would make a good guide for thg to write.

I'm sure any would be fine. But just like desktops, if you are willing to spend a few hundred more, you will get a much better product. You can get a really good laptop in the $1200 to $1300 range. The $1000 are still great if you don't want to play new games. I would stay away from the Celeron ones for $700 though.
