The AFM PF thing is kinda hard to answer, as a NOS AFM PF was up on eBay recently, ended around 1250 and didn't meet reserve.
I would think NF might bring $5-600, and Congo might bring $3-400. I've seen enough Congos get parted in the past that had decent PF's.
IJ I'd guess $1k+
It all depends on supply/demand at the time you're selling. For example, I'd consider the AFM, IJ and NF fixed up and cleared, but you have a lot of people who view the clear as "ruining" the PF, and wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole.
FWIW, I'd just sell them as they sit and let people have them cleared if they decide to go that way. I'm looking for a restorable NF blank or wired PF right now.

Depends how much repair and touch is needed before it's cleared. Check
with pfr or CH directly for ballpark estimates based on a pic and/or
description. I'd imagine they may need to have the pf in hand before
giving an exact quote.
