What type of monitor did you have before? It sounds like the graphics card is using a video mode that your monitor does not support. Try booting into safe mode and change the desktop resolution to match the native resolution of the monitor and reboot.

My old monitor is Samsung Syncmaster 740N. VGA of my CPU is Intel graphics media accelerator 950 on-board to Asus X series (P5GC-MX/1333) year model 2007, a C2D LGA775 socket Intel processor 3.1 ghz clock speed. Tested the new led SA300 in a pc with lower graphics card but worked. Do i have to replace my graphics card that support my new led full-hd 1081 monitor?

If I maintain old graphics card and match its resolution to the new led monitor, will the OSD remains the same as my old one?

thanks! it finally worked! While in old monitor at safe mode, changed/increased display's resolution and clicked the "update box" then exited and power off. Installed the new led monitor and whoa, fine and crisp OSD appeared! :bounce:
