Cannot install Creative Labs V610 Socialize HD Web Cam on Windows 7 64 bit on h5

Somehow I cannot install Creative Labs V610 Socialize HD Cam on Windows 7 64 bit on h55n USB3. I tried everything based on this place http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=145669

Using Software Enumerator but still I cannot get it to work with Skype 5.5. I uninstall Skype, reinstall, tried all sorts... safe mode, etc.. what else can I do? Thanks

Srangely it can use the sound [mic] portion of this web cam but the video portion does not start.. when installing the drivers from the CD I says it was not successfully installed. Most of the times I can solve most issues pertaining to hardware but this I need help.
