Quick OC Question

Im running a Celeron (2.6 Stock) at 3.2GHZ (sig says 3.0, but I just upped it to 3.2)

What are some good stability tests? And also, how much could I possibly shorten the lifespan of it if temps remain reasonable (54C load, just after running 3D Mark 01 SE

Heck, I'll answer it even if it's not in the overclocking forum! As long as your voltage and heat aren't too high, you don't have to worry about electron migration. Sudden death has been known to happen at 1.75v, 1.70v should be safe, 1.65v should be extremely safe, keep it under 65C and it should last many years.

I usually set my ratio to 1.33 (FSB is at 124 so ram runs at 165MHZ (PC2700) and temps, I've never seen them past 55C load.
