Hello,
I recently bought a Hannsg HA191 monitor for my Windows XP computer. Since installing it I get frequent screen freeze and unresponiveness. I can't download the drivers from the manual disc, as they are for WIN 7. Can you help?

A monitor should have absolutely nothing to do with the screen freezing. It's just takes the output of the PC and displays it. It's like blaming a window because it's raining outside. What could be happening at most is that the monitor is broken. Try the system with your old monitor, see if it does the same thing. It may be an issue with your video card if you increased the resolution for the new monitor.
