Triple Display with laptop, external monitor, and HDTV??

Hi, I have a laptop that has both a HDMI and VGA port. Can I connect the laptop to the external monitor via the VGA port, and connect the laptop to the HDTV via the HDMI port? Would I be able to have 3 displays at the same time?

Probably, but don't expect to run a game at high frame rates in that configuration.

definitely two screens, maybe all three. i've never had 2 externals connected before myself (to a laptop).

gaming on such a hodgepodge setup isnt going to be pretty. agree that framerates will be low unless you're running a powerful laptop (didnt check specs).
