Driver for Canon Rebel EOS - NOTHING IS WORKING! - Drivers

I have a Canon Rebel 300D, I cannot find any drivers for Windows 7 or Mac and I don't have the install disk for Windows 7. Even with the camera set to PTP, neither computer is reading the USB.

What are my options??

Do you have a USB setting on camera ?

The PTP setting is the USB setting, it doesn't respond when I plug it in, it just flashes 'busy'

I've seen this link on every forum to do with this topic - clearly I tried it. What you people posting that link again and again don't bother to check, is that the only thing offered by Canon for Windows 7 is SOFTWARE. Not a single DRIVER.
