I have a Phillips 221E and I am not sure what has happened. For some reason as soon as I turn it on, Laptop plugged in or not through VGA, it looks very blurry and I can see all the lines. here is an image of what I mean.

You can see the grid patterns on the image. I do have water leaking about a foot away, could that have somehow caused it? Help is really appreciated
