<A HREF="http://www.anandtech.com/news/shownews.aspx?i=22833" target="_new">Anandtech</A> has an article that describe the problem with AMD 64 and future Intel CPU that will have the NX bit.
"The cause of this issue is the mpegport.sys file which tries to write to the memory protected by the NX bit"

So, if you have problems after installing SP2, then this may solve your problem.

-Always put the blame on you first, then on the hardware !!!
