Hp class action lawsuit

I have a pavilion dvx9700 laptop a couple months ago the sound just stopped working. hp TECH SUPPORT HAS BEEN UNABLE TO HELP.

try and get a replacement from them if it is still under warranty

if it isn't under warranty, then try reinstalling your sound drivers or a clean install of windows

you really don't have anything to justify a class action lawsuit...

Why don't you take matters into your own hands? Or are you expecting someone here to give you a free laptop?

The answer is simple, HP products are ***. They cost less and that's about the only good thing I can say. But, if you pay crap you get crap. Personally I would never touch HP ever again.
