Unable to cut & paste

sir, i am unable to cut and paste a CV on my document folder to an online vacancy form where they have demanded me to cut and paste my resume.please help me

What application are you trying to copy material from into the wepage (like Word)?

Are you using Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V or mouse controls or menu controls?

Sounds like they are trying to cut and paste the file itself, not the information.

Open the CV, Ctrl + A to select all, Ctrl + C to copy it all, then go to the website and press Ctrl + V to paste it.
