I have three XP workstations that connect fine with my
wireless basestation, but as soon as I enable 64 bit
encryption for security, the network drop the connection
about every 3 minutes or so. If we leave it and refewesh
the browser it reconnects after about 15-30 seconds.

Any Suggestions?

Check to see if you have 802.1x Authentication enabled. You don't need it
with WEP, and it will just keep cycling like that.
