Got to page 6 of this doc - tells you how to interpret the OPN - ordering part number. The link is the processor power and thermal data sheet.

The 130NM has a core voltage of 1.5V
The 90NM has a core voltage of 1.4V

Hmm, I could have been shipped the 130nm varient instead

I'm going to download CPUID to see which one I've got.

Any idea what the max overlock for 130nm 64's is...perhaps around 2.3Gig?

If so, I can take the CPU back as it was clearly listed at 90nm on the website.
