Please help me I am desperate.

I don't think it's the RAM at all. I think your PSU might be faulty or your hardware is getting too hot.

Because of your PSU can't push out enough watt to your system will shut Down.

Because your hardware is getting too hot, your system shuts Down for safety reasons.

ok after running a memory test on the 6gig ddr3 ram for 1hour40min it did not find any errors.
Have installed afterburner gpu temp was at the highest 54 degrees celcius. All other temps seems 48-54 degrees.
One thing I picked up is the gpu use spiked to 98% just before crushing yet again.
I have also set afterburner to up the gpu's power usage.
All hardware's driver are updated with latest available drivers.
:( :??:

First, can you post your actual PSU wattage ? Hopefully it's not 350W coz even though it is adequate, 400W is advisable for capacitor aging.

How did u get the 6gb or ram ? 4G + 2G ? If that's the case, it is not advisable and don't pair the rams with different voltage/frequency/timing.

For mem test, get the bootable version and try it out, it is more accurate then window. http://www.memtest.org/#downiso

Since you mentioned ur system shutdown when the load reach 98%, it might be that your PSU don't have enough juice to run it under load.

Ok sorry, my GPU is a ATX-500watts.
Yes the 6gig ram consists of one 2 gig and one 4gig (the make and speed on these are exactly the same)
I have tried to run the games with only one of the ram blocks and also then the other but the problem percist.
The temp on the GPU goes up to 55degrees celcius and then it shuts off.
Have added some bigger fans and extra fans to my box but stil have the same problem.
I also have done a mem test and after an hour and 40minutes all checked out ok.

I used GTS250 in my old rig and 55degree Celsius is far away from upper ceiling. I come across 70+degree C on heavy load but never experience a shut down.

Check whether your graphic card fan(s) are running and set ur fan speed manually to max RPM. Then try out the game again. If it still crash, then there might be some defect in the GPU or it's memory.

If you want to save all the headaches, it is advisable to RMA it if the warranty still applicable.
