Hi

There is no such driver as a 'Intel Atom video controller'

Most Intel Atoms use Intel integrated graphics, and most Atoms are in Netbooks and NetTops

The Manufacturer of the PC should either provide the drivers or have a link to Intel's website.

(A few may have AMD Radeon graphics)

Try Google if that fails give us exact name & model
CPU-Z should give the chipset used which gives clues to driver required
