Hello,
I have a Kogi model L7EH moniter and when i power it up, the image appears and then the screen goes to black after about 4-5 seconds. If i power it down and back up the same scenario takes place. I have tried resetting it. Any ideas

hello there,

i am having a similar problem with my kogi monitor. i have windows xp as well. When my computer is booting up, my monitor displays information all the way up and through the "windows xp splash screent" then goes blank and displays a "no sync" message. I am able to boot into safe mode and the monitor works, im able to boot into "vga" mode and the monitor works.... i've tried changing advanced display settings from the lowest 640X??? setting to higher resolutions and the screen immediately reverts back to the black screen with "no sync" message.... last thing i tried was to unplug the monitor from computer and power for 10 minutes, then reconnect it.. and still doesnt work?

please help us!
