P4 6xx series

i just recently bought an ASUS P5P800 (i865PE chipset) and an Intel P4 530 cpu. i don't exactly have enough money to buy the new 630, but i am curious about compatibility.

intel doesn't even acknowledge the existence of the 6xx series, let alone give any info on it. newegg sells it, but says nothing of compatibility.

so my question: what chipsets support the new 6xx series?

ASUS P5P800 - P4 530 3.0GHz
2x256MB PC3200 2-2-2-5 - WD 74GB Raptor
PNY FX5200 128MB/256bit

Tom's review is the most flattering out there. The benches say no difference.
AFAIK this chip is exclusively s775 at this point.
