Pre installed games

Last response: in Windows 7

Firstly let me state that I know nothing about the inner workings of a PC although I consider myself to very familiar with using PCs.

I have had to renew my PC hard drive as my 26month old one crashed. I now have a Dell Inspiron and to my dismay after it was set up and all files restored from my back up disk and I was ready to have a little time playing Solitaire - boring I know for all you gamers - but I like it. No preloaded games are available. The games folder is there but it is empty. Can anyone help me? Remember I told you I am non technical so the explanation has to be kept SIMPLE.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Is this for windows xp, windows vista, or windows 7? To find what version of windows you have:

Click start or click the windows key on the keyboard.
Then right click with the mouse on either "computer" or "My Computer" and click on properties.
The version of windows should now be shown on the screen.
