Im looking for a <$200 Ips monitor, I would maybe go to $250 if it substantially better.

One problem im having is I really can't decide on a size, I know I want at least 21.5 ", and i've been heavily considering a 23" Viewsonic monitor, but am also wondering if I should get 27" (which would be over my budget most likely)

here are some I am currently considering.

1. 23" ViewSonic VX2370Smh-LED

2. 22" ASUS VS229H-P

I've heard that ASUS monitors have somewhat bad/unnatural colors, but I haven't heard much about ViewSonic.
The viewsonic is a little bigger, and I like the design abit more, but its also a little bit more expensive. Which one would you guys recommend, or any other suggestions?

I'd take ASUS over the ViewSonic, but the monitors I'd really get if I was getting an IPS would be a Dell UltraSharp model. Although they are usually around $300.

This model is $260 on newegg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824260055&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-_-pla-_-NA-_-NA but you may be able to find similar ones for sale elsewhere or maybe an older model in the same series.

The UltraSharp series has won or been in the top several monitors an every comparison I have seen.
