OEM or Retail?

I am building a computer for myself and a friend so i need two copies of Win 7. In NZ, the retail is slightly dearer than two copies of OEM. Im pretty sure that retail can be used 3 times? Which option should i get?

What are the prices there? I would get whichever is cheaper. 2 OEMs or 1 Retail.

the retail can be used on different rigs but only one rig at a time the oems are linked to a motherboard so another words you replace it your windows is invalid. unless your a serial upgrader just get 2 oems, end of the day you need to keys

There was a family pack with 3 retail licenses.
