Community, Gaming/Light Graphic Design Monitor

I need help selecting an LED, 1920x1080, 20"-23", and around $150.
I'm thinking about an Asus or Samsung. I also saw a cheap AOC monitor although I have never heard of them...
Asus, Smasung no TN panels.
Help?

Various colors and graphics found in Samsung. When I bought I saw some design and then order for a product find more for beautiful designs.

at a minimum i would say an e-ips panel, however you might have trouble finding anything but tn or possibly va panels for only $150.
