Smell from back lamps socket

Burned socket, smoke and smell. All working OK, but affraid that smeel increases.

Sounds like something is about to burn out real soon. If the monitor is old, I would suggest getting a new one. If it's new, definitely try to get it checked out or exchanged for a new one.

Thanks, Andy.You're right.It's 4 years old and there is a lekage on the PCB that supplies HIV to fluorescent lamps. I'm trying to find a replacement and/or isolate the burnt area. I know, it's a complicate job, but I like the high quality monitor.Thanks again.Shlomo.
