Machine was working then shipped it via NAVL and now fuse 114 & 115
blow when turned on and message ready check fuse 114/115. Since
everything worked fine before shipping what would be the "obvious"
culprit?

Check your manual, see what line fuse 114/115 protects. Unplug that line
from the solenoid driver board. If you blow the fuse again - you most likely
have a shorted bridge rectifier on the solenoid driver board. If the fuse
doesn't blow, then you have a short out on the line you unplugged. LTG :)
