New Com - Need help in Burn-in and OC

I just built a computer, it has the followings:

AMD Athlon 64 3500+ 512K 2.4 GHz (939) 90nm Retail
MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum
CORSAIR VALUE SELECT DUAL 1024MB PC3200 DDR CAS2.5 2X512MB
BFG 6800 GT 256MB Graphics Card
SEAGATE BARRACUDA 7200.7 200GB SATA
NEC ND-3520A DVD+Rw
Cooler Master Wave Master (TAC-T01-E1C)
Antec TruePower 480W Dual Fan

Stock CPU fan, On-Board Sound, old speakers, keyboard and mouse

1. How do I burn-in? Which programs to use?
2. How much can I overclock with stock fan, typically?
3. What is the chipset the MB use? Can I use ClockGen?
4. What is the IC the Video Card use? How do I find its current clock speed and adjust it?
5. What benchmark software do you use to benchmark the system?

I still have more questions, but I will try 5 for now. Thank you very much in advance!
