Fujitsu lifebook touchpad sensitivity Windows 7

hi on my lifebook 532 my touch pad pointer is very sensitive, specifically highlighting unwanted items on a web page and actioning commands when hovered over for a short time. Can i fix these annoying problems. thanks

There are various settings for the Touchpad in Control Panel > Mouse, or there may be an icon in the notification area which opens the same settings box.
