How do i stop lcd screen from rolling with lines?

Can you explain why my screen rolls. The only way to stop it is to change the angle of the screen

Sounds like a loose cable, check it. If it's a laptop would have to take the bezel off around the laptop, take off the keyboard, that would expose the cable. If it's a regular desktop monitor, you can try to crack open the case and look also.
