How to open a raw format hdd

Hello,My external HDD can't be opened from lasat week in my computer.But can be opened in my LCD.how can i convert RAW format to NTFS without losing any data in my HDD

Go to Command box, type in "convert X: /fs:ntfs" it will check for errors then convert. "X:" stands for the letter of your drive, go to Administrative Tools, Computer Management, Disk Management, assign a letter if you don't have one.
