ASUS PA328Q - No sound via any input

Today, my new ASUS ProArt PA328Q 23" IPS monitor arrived in it's glory: a great IPS screen with good features that doesn't break the bank (Well, these are just opinions so... whatever ).

The picture quality is brilliant, but I have no sound coming through the speakers. I have tried using two different HDMI cables, both via a HP Pavilion G6 Laptop and an Xbox 360 (Arcade, so an old white one). Both cables and devices send the sound to the monitor, but the monitor does not play the sound. I have reset it a few times and turned the volume up/down/all around.

There was no help on the ASUS website, and I really don't want to have to wait another 2-3 weeks for a replacement.

Please help fix this!

I would edit, but it won't allow me to:

I found a pair of earphones to use in the 3.5 output jack, and I can hear the audio through them, as a double confirmation that the sound it being "played". Not sure if this matters though :s
