Help with wireless connection CLX-3185 printer

I can't get a wireless connection with my CLX-3185. It tells me in the install ... to hook up a usb cable first, but the message is that it can't find the printer. The printer will ... however print if the usb is connected. I need a wireless system for my office. (All Apple Computers by the way)

It doesn't have wireless built in.
