I have a HP Photosmart Premimum. I use to could scan and do all the functions, lately either the computer or the printer does not recoginize my wireless connection each time I try to scan it tells me the computer program is not completly installed, I ping my printer and it shows everything working properly, I print the test page on my printer and it shows everything connected and working properly, what is wrong?
