Hi Mike,
I presume the fuse you mean is for the 24 VDC, or F4 for Big House
(hopefully the same for TX Sector). This fuse is supposed to be an 8 amp
slo-blo, not a good idea to keep a 10 amp in there. If it continues to blow
8 amp slo-blo fuses, then you have a problem on the 24 VDC rail, which could
be anywhere. It could be a solenoid, there could be a short on the sound
board(s); I would start by testing and possibly replacing the 24 VDC bridge
rectifier.
