Hey guys, im posting these SiSandra scores here because I was challenged in another forum and posted the same ones there. Dont know how much of a stir i may have caused but we shall see. Some of you guys let me know what you think about these screen shots.

Why you have edited those pics so we can't see what CPU and chipset is used ?
And im talking about the pic with the score in it.

EDIT: And why you are using camera to take those pics ?
Why dont you just capture screen using print screen button ?

As simple as it may be, I cant figure out how to do a screen capture. Nothing happens when I try to do it. I have all of this saved including the saved scores in SiSandra so I can still get the screen shots. This was just my first round of pics.

I just remembered why I cropped the photos. It was because they were to large and that website wouldnt expect them. Ive got some better ones posted over here.

I wish that someone else would weigh in on this, I just realzied that since I posted the scores on the other forum that thread has been hit around 35 times. Its only been up for about 3hrs. Ive been asked twice now why I took pics of the scores so I get the feeling that there may be some doubt about them being legit.

If they don't believe, then it's their problem - not yours. If you can bench your rig at 5Ghz, then you've certainly got the skillz to make your RAM squeal!

Press the print screen button on yer keyboard, open ms-paint and paste the picture in.

Ive got everything saved in SiSandra so I can go back and do it over. They dont know me there so im not sure how its going to turn out. There arent many replies coming in, but that thread is getting hit really heavy. The thing is, if someone came in here and posted scores that high I would have screamed foul.

The one thing I can't understand is the 116% efficiency of the RAM...

And how it's on DDR2 and the DDR2 record is nowhere near that by people with faster CPUs, better RAM, better boards and better cooling than you.

Anyway, if it's legit, more power to ya.

The most suspicious thing is that, you had enough knowledge to overclock so well, but you didn't know how to use print screen :wink:

Yes, I understand exactly where your coming from. This is one reason that I was nervous about posting the scores in the first place. The good news is that I have got a fresh batch of scores and they are all done with the print/screen key.

In all honesty, I prefer the camera approach, slightly harder to photochop. Anyway, the RAM efficiency and the fact that it's way over any record intrigues me....did you use a Windows pause or something? There is no way those numbers are legit unless you're running quad channel somehow.

I dont have any idea what a Windows pause is. As for the numbers being legit, I dont know how to fake a score. I had hoped that this would be the one place that I could count on support as I would do the same for the other members here. Theres 2 really good ways to become famous. One is to do something like break a world record. The other is to do something stupid like posting scores that have been altered. I know better than to think that I am smarter than anyone else here. I know im not. Therefore it would make sense that I would know better than to do something like that because it would mean that I would be setting myself up to fall flat on my face. This forum is home to me and I would never do something that would cast a shadow on this forum or any of the members here. I knew that I was taking a huge risk by going through with this because there would be plenty of people out there that love nothing more than to do everything in their power to drag you down. Are the numbers correct? The only answers that I have are (1)I have repeated the test now over 100 times. (2) I have downloaded SiSandra from different locations and repeated the test just to make sure that the results stayed constant and they have. (3) I hit these scores back in Jan and have been trying every way that I could think of to somehow validate them before posting. (4)I have two e-mails from Crucial congradulating me on the the scores. Does this mean that the numbers are correct? No, but it damn sure tells me that they are optimistic about them.

Im not sure what I need to do that would prove to you or anyone else that I have not faked these numbers but please let me know if you can think of a way so that I can stop worrying about this and get back to doing something productive.

I think that yall forget that I havent been doing this very long. Hitting 5Ghz took 2 things. One would be the ability to shell the money out for premium components. Im not rolling in cash, but I am single and have done a fairly good job over the years of spending what income I have made wisely. The second thing is just determination and a good plan. So I guess you could say that instead of a wife I have a really fast system :tongue: The determination has been the hard part. [/No fun intended]

These numbers are reproducable at any time. Anyone who wishes to dispute them can post a dispute, and I will be willing to perform the benches in front of them. In the event that I fail, I will cover all costs.

Meh. Don't worry about whether people beleive you or not. As you may have noticed, several numbers that Sanrda uses are approximated. So it's no wonder you're over 100% efficiency. It is by defenition less than perfect math to begin with. They are sweet scores though and a wiz accomplishment.

As for faking a Sandra screen shot, if I get bored tonight I may do one just for a narf. I might even use only Windows Paint, just to make it slightly challenging. GIMP / PSP / Photoshop would be overkill to do this.

Im the one that needs to apologize. This unfortunately isnt the first time that I have done this. If there is anything positive about it I guess it would be that I wasnt nearly as irate this time as I was back in Dec. when I blasted Starfishy for something he didnt even do. Regardless, I need to get the chip off my shoulder and stop jumping to conclusions. Beleive it or not, I actually dont mind sarcasm as I myself am one of the biggest SMARTAS5es that I know. P4Man pointed out to me that I had over reacted and I even took a shot at him. Dont let this effect you and especially your posting here in the forum. I would rather leave than be the cause of someone descent leaving.

:tongue: Im gearing up as we speak. I think that im going to run some PC Mark04 memory scroes and Everest estimates. Oh, and I will also hit Aquamark a couple of times. Is there any particular settings in AquaMark that I should change?

BTW, I hate PC Mark04 simply because it is weighted so heavy towards Intel rigs. Something has got to be bogus about the test suite. AMD's just cant compete in that benchmark so that makes me think that it is severely flawed.
