I think I have backlight bleeding? Return? What would you do?

Guys, I just recently picked up a new Samsung 21.5 Monitor at Costco for ~150 a day ago. Now after some scrutiny and movies, I realize that light on the side and top is seeping through in dark pictures in movies and just in general. Is this back light bleeding? I have a 90 day no questions asked return policy, would it be wise to return, and head over to Best Buy or something?

Quick edit: It is a Samsung SyncMaster SA300B LED monitor. Does the LED increase bleeding?

Sounds like blacklight bleeding. And it can be annoying depending on how bad it is. If you dislike it I would return it and look for something different.
