Hey,I got a problem with my computer.The problem is that when i play certain games and launch certain applications i have to mouse for the screen to refresh,if i don't everything shows at 1 frame per second.Sometimes it works fine,whenever i play half-life 2 and cs:source it works fine but when i tried to play games like XIII and others it skips really bad like mentioned before.Please help me with my situation,tahnks.

I don't understand - you have to mouse? What is that? Sorry but mouse is a noun not a verb.

sorry about that but i have to move my mouse around for the screen to refresh and if it doesn't it stays at 1 fram per second,EXTREMELY annoying.

sorry never have cross posted before but wasn't sure where to post this too specifically so i posted to 4 parts.My specs are intel p4 2.8 ht,PNY geforce 6800gt,asus p4p800se mobo,1 gig of ddr400 pc 3200 generic memory,400 watt power supply,80 gig 7200 rpm hdd. It was doing the problem i described so i reformated,then when i got to regular after reformat it still did the same thing.

I have latest sound,netowkr card and video card drivers but i don't know how to install bios updates and mobo drivers.

My computers' pretty quiet right now,but i might try leaving it off for a long time and not messing with it.

How do I install motherboard drivers there's no install file like all other drivers.

I hate to ask this but can you give me the links to downlaod mobo drivers and bios updates, I'm not sure waht all i've mine is called like the mobo chipset so having a hard time finding the right things,would really appreciate it.
