Is there a page on F@H that lists all the teams like lets say 1 to 200. I see the page with the top 100, but it doesn't show Tom's, cause we are like 132. I would like to see how far we are behind the team in front of us. I tried to find it, maybe its not listed at all? Anyone got an answer. Folding with my 3 comps. Not fun though, when one of ur comps craps out with a 240 point WU with a memory error, 50% done. Onto the next WU.

AFAIK that page is to get to your teams page. The top 100 are listed as a quick reference. To follow our, or any other team's progress, it's better to use this
Most of us have lost a WU that was nearing completion. I lost a 600 pointer @ 75% this week. It is frustrating, but it's part of the game.

Anyone know what makes the biggest difference in Folding@Home? Is it the CPU speed, FSB speed, or cache? I know the Athlon's tend to do better on the Amber's while the P4's are better on Gromacs (I think). My Athlon XP 2400+ is neck and neck on the same WU as my cousin's P4 2.8 GHz. Just wondering?

CPU dependent and RAM if you allow it to use more than 5MB.

Im not sure...
but more ram helps... well at least it give you opportunity for larger WUs.

I have one of the Highest average score per WU's less
ATARLECK (553/WU)----- Last WU Mar.05
Ionic Power (433/WU) -- Last WU Feb.05
cdpage (281/WU)
Coolsquirtle (272/WU) -- Last WU Feb.05
Stefan (265/WU)

...not sure why, the Ram might have something to do with it...or im just lucky.

I think it's dependant on the benchmark it runs on your machine coupled with past performance perhaps. I have a dual 3.0ghz zeon with ht on each cpu and i'm running 3 dif instances of f@h. Large WUs allowed... 2 gb mem ... Right now one is using around 100mb and the other two are using 50mb. Alot of times though, the larger WU's just aren't available... So you're lucky to get anything worth more then 300pts.

Intel: [X 3.0x3][P4 3.0x2][P4 2.4x5 down][P4 1.4]
