Lost conn.

Hello,
My old (and fatefull) Canon MP760 suddently stop printing. I have no connection from the computer to the printer. Do I have a faulty board, or is there a "time limit" that demands an overhaul ?

There is no "time limit' regarding the life of printers or for that matter most electronic devices.

Perishable items and items that deteriorate are a different matter. Examples: Ink cartridges, photo-sensitive paper, etc.

Check the functionality of the printer on a different computer. This may shed some light to the problem.
