I am buying a new laptop and asking your advice

hello,
am buying a laptop for: autodesk inventor, catia, multimedia, some games like PES 2010, cod.
i found two laptops that suite my budget:
1) dell inspiron 15r (n5010), i5 450m, 4gb ddr3, 15.6" hd wled, 500gb disk, 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470. 3 years warranty
2) toshiba satellite l650, i3 350m, 4gb ddr3, 15.6" led, 500gb disk, 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650. 2 years warranty

which one is better ?
anyone know any cons to these models plz report.

Since you are mostly using your laptop for multimedia and processor intense applications, get the dell one. If you do switch your mind and want a budget-GAMING laptop, go with the dell. 5650 > 5470. 5650 = med-high settings, 5470 = low-settings.
