Sony vaio model number PCG-71911M, where do i adjust volume , bought secondhand

I bought a new sony vaio laptop and its model is PCG-71911M and product name is VPCEH1L8E/B. I have installed windows 7 ultimate 64 bit, after installing it, installed the drivers which i found in the site sony.co.uk. So my problem is that my function keys are not working. So could anyone tell where can i get the drivers for function keys. I will be very greatful if you helps me out.
