Internet will not connect automatically

Every time i turn off my computer and turn it back on the connection says that it has networks available. But, since i have a long security key, it is very tedious to type it in every time i start up my computer. Any help is much appreciated!

Click were you have the connection available, after right click on your network, go to Properties, Connection and click to Connect automatically when this network is in range. Hope this will help you.

Thank you for responding! I tried to do the thing that you told me to and restarted the computer and it did the same thing! It's like it does not remember the security key. Any other suggestions? By the way i am using the Iogear GWU625.

In the properties you have the security section, did you write the security key there also.

I figures it out! All i had to do was go into the wireless usb's hardware and add my connection with the key into it and now it connects automatically! Thank you by the way for all your help!
